Lloyd Hill, Founder & Principal of Retail Expansion Consulting Corp., has extensive experience in all aspects of retail growth. His experience includes

  • Retail Expansion Consulting Corp established in 1998 to provide consulting services to expanding retailers in the areas of franchising, real estate and store construction. Since inception RECC has had the opportunity to work with several leading edge retailers to assist them to successfully expand their networks and build their brand awareness.
  • Comac Food Group in a senior management role with responsibility for leasing, franchising and construction of all new retail stores, acquisitions, lease and franchise renewals, store renovations and relocations. Comac’s stable of over 300 franchised stores included Grabbajabba Coffeehouses, Domino's Pizza, Pastel's Cafes, Company's Coming Bakery Cafes and Manhattan Bagel Bakeries. During Mr. Hill's tenure Comac opened 30 - 40 new stores per year.
  • Champs Food Systems group of companies in various roles with responsibility for managing existing real estate portfolio, leasing and/or acquisition of property for build out of freestand dinnerhouse restaurants in the U.S. and Canada and launching of new restaurant concepts. The Champs group of concepts included KFC stores throughout Manitoba and North Dakota, upwards of 50 Mother Tucker's corporately operated dinnerhouse restaurants in Canada and the U.S. as well as several smaller concepts ranging from fast food double drive thrus to large sports celebrity bar and grills in various cities throughout the U.S.
  • Arby's Inc. with responsibility for franchising and leasing of all new stores across Canada. During his 3 year tenure 49 new stores were launched, by far the quickest growth spurt Arby's has experienced since their entry into Canada. Mr. Hill also helped establish Arby's first Canadian office in Toronto.
